Return conditions:

  • Must be reported within 5 days of delivery
  • Product should remain unused in original packaging (where possible)

If your claim is verified, we will process:

  • A 100% refund excluding shipping charges
  • Or offer a free replacement — your choice

💳 Refund Policy for Cancelled Orders

Changed your mind or made a mistake? Here's how we handle refunds for order cancellations:

For Prepaid Orders (paid via UPI, credit/debit card, net banking, or wallets):

  • Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days after cancellation is confirmed
  • The amount will be credited back to your original payment method

For Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders:

  • No refund is required, as no payment is collected
  • Your order will be canceled with no additional charges
