1. Use of Our Platform

Xroophy is an ecommerce marketplace that enables users to explore, compare, and purchase authentic products across categories including beauty, fashion, electronics, home improvement, and more.

To use our services, you must:

Use the platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only.

We reserve the right to:

Terminate accounts violating our policies.
Cancel any order at our sole discretion.

2. Order Acceptance & Fulfillment

All product orders placed through Xroophy.com are subject to availability and acceptance.

We may cancel or refuse an order for reasons including (but not limited to):

Product unavailability or discontinuation.
Incorrect pricing or description.
Payment verification failure.
Suspected fraudulent activity.

A confirmation email will be sent once your order is successfully placed. The sale is deemed complete only after dispatch of the ordered item(s).

3. Pricing & Payment

All prices listed are in Indian Rupees (INR) and inclusive of all applicable taxes, unless stated otherwise.

4. Shipping & Delivery

Delivery Coverage:

India: 5–7 business days
International: 10–15 business days

Shipping Charges: Displayed at checkout based on destination and weight.

Tracking: Once your order is dispatched, a tracking link will be shared via email or SMS.

5. Cancellation, Returns & Refunds

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase or before dispatch.
Returns are accepted within 5 days of delivery in cases of damage, defect, or wrong product.
Refunds are processed after quality verification and may take 7–10 business days.

6. Product Authenticity & Warranty

At Xroophy, we guarantee 100% authentic and original products sourced directly from authorized sellers and verified brand partners.

Manufacturer warranties (if applicable) will be honored as per brand guidelines. Xroophy is not responsible for damages resulting from misuse or unauthorized repairs.

7. Product Information & Content Accuracy

We strive to maintain accurate product information, specifications, and imagery. However, minor variations in color, packaging, or texture may occur due to manufacturing changes or lighting effects.

Please read all product labels, ingredients, and directions before use. Xroophy will not be liable for user negligence or misuse.
